To motivate and engage your staff, initiate a facility-wide infection prevention challenge! Set a goal and a deadline for your facility. Plan a simple party (cake and balloons) and a drawing for door prizes (eg: special parking place, extra-long lunch break, gift certificate) to celebrate achievement of the goal).
