1. View the Course Agenda. View the presenter bios
2. Read the disclosure statement.
3. Handouts. About a week before the course, course presentation handouts can be accessed from here.
4. Evaluation/Certificate. At the conclusion of the course when attendance is verified, course completers will receive a link to the course evaluation. When the evaluation is completed, you will be automatically redirected to your course completion certificate. Download the certificate, then open the downloaded file. Type your name in the space provided, then save and print. Keep in a place where you know you can retrieve it.
5. Certificate: The SPICE course completion certificate is the document that verifies that you have completed the infection control course that is required by the State of North Carolina for persons designated to oversee the infection control program in the facility where they work. Your current or future employer may require a copy of this document.

When you obtain your course completion certificate, keep it where you know you can access it.

Keep an electronic copy: email it to your work email and personal email in case you or your employer needs a copy.

You have 60 days to obtain your course completion certificate by completing the course evaluation.

After 60 days, anyone needing a copy of their course completion certificate will be required to pay $30 by credit card to obtain a replacement certificate.
