1. Register your upcoming course with SPICE so that you:
- Notify SPICE
- Receive current instructions
2. Conduct attendee registration/course sign up
- Register your attendees
- You’ll need an electronic roster with email addresses
- Provide handouts or refer your attendees to the materials link
3. Hold the course
- Review all course materials / video activation
- Provide a sign in sheet for attendees (you will need to upload it later)
- Present all modules in their entirety
4. Post-course tasks:
- Copy and paste the evaluation email received in the instructions email (#1) adding your approved provider ID and send it to your course completers
- Fill out the course completion form, uploading the sign in sheet
