REQUIRED: ON-LINE MODULE ON NC INFECTION CONTROL LAWS
To meet the requirements of the NC .0206 Infection Control Rule, you must complete the module on NC Laws. The module on NC Laws is available on-line only. Please complete the module (which is approximately 30 minutes in length) before the first day of class. Click this link to complete the module.

COURSE EVALUATION AND COMPLETION CERTIFICATE
Once attendance is verified at the conclusion of the course, you will receive a link to the course evaluation via email. When you submit the evaluation, you will be auto-directed to the course certificate. Download the course certificate. From your download folder, open the document, type in your name, and save/print.

Virtual Attendance: Presentations will be live-streamed via Zoom webinar. Q & A will follow each presentation.
Webinar Access: One week before the course, attendees will receive a link to the webinar.
Cancellation Policy: Notify jennifer_hubbard@med.unc.edu of cancellation. If there is a substitute, please provide name and email address of the person attending in your place. Facilities are encouraged to have a substitute ready to attend if the registered person is unable to attend. Substitutions can be made up to the start of the course.
