To maximize efficiency, you may register for the course (reserving your seat) when payment is received.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD:
When registration opens, you can register immediately if paying by credit card (only VISA and MasterCard) at the registration link provided.
PAYMENT BY CHECK:
If paying by check, you cannot register until payment is received. Upon receipt of payment, a receipt and link to register will be emailed to you.
OBTAINING A COURSE QUOTE FOR YOUR SUPERVISOR/BUSINESS OFFICE:
Anyone can obtain a course quote (similar to an invoice) by completing the form at this link. When you click to submit the form, a course quote with details about the course will be emailed to you, for you to forward to your supervisor/business office for approval / processing.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A refund, less a $100 administrative fee, will be made to individuals who cancel at least two weeks before the course start date. We regret that no refunds can be made after this date. Cancellations must be received in writing via email. Substitutions can be made at any time.
NOTE: Facilities are encouraged to have a substitute who is ready to attend if the registered person is unable to attend.
