CIC Exam Review Course July 13, 14, 20, 21

1. View the Course Agenda and Faculty Bios.
2. Read the Disclosure Statement.
3. About a week before the course, handouts will be located here. You may print the handouts and have them with you at the course for note taking. SPICE will not provide a notebook with handouts.
5. Virtual attendees.

  • You must log in and out as a single individual on your own device each day.
  • It is expected that virtual attendees will attend the course in its entirety – just like in-person attendees.
  • Do not use your mobile phone to attend the course. We cannot track attendance from a mobile phone. You will not receive credit if you access the course from your mobile phone.
  • A week before the course you will receive an email asking you to register for the IC in LTCFs Zoom webinar. After you register for the Zoom webinar, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique link. Use this same link to join the webinar each day.
  • Log in each day no later than 7:45 am. Review this information for a successful Zoom webinar.
6. Evaluation and Course Completion Certificate. Those who complete the course will receive an email with a link to the course evaluation. When the evaluation is completed, you will be automatically redirected to your course completion certificate. Download the certificate, then open the file from your downloads folder. Type your name in the space provided, then save and print. Keep it where you know you can retrieve it. A replacement certificate is $30.
