DEAR WEBINAR ATTENDEE,
You are registered for the upcoming Live Webinar “SPICE Infection Control in Outpatient Settings” on Friday, February 5, 2021, 8:30 – 3:30. If you are unable to attend please notify amy_powell@med.unc.edu as soon as possible.
STEP ONE:
- Sign up for the Zoom webinar at this link: https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_31gHo-dYRDa8jNJla7h1OQ
- It is very important that you enter your email address correctly so that you receive your unique Zoom link.
- Look for an email from “Amy Powell” with your link to the webinar. On the day of the course you must log in with your unique Zoom link.
STEP TWO: (you can do this at any time)
- Get your handouts at this link: https://spice.unc.edu/0206-spice-handouts/
STEP THREE: DAY OF WEBINAR
- Begin the webinar. We will open the webinar at 8:20 am for you to check your sound. The actual webinar will start at 8:30 am.
- Click on the unique link you receive via email (STEP ONE above): “Click Here to Join” Enter the Passcode if prompted to do so.
- You must log in with your unique link to get credit for attendance!
- Housekeeping Notes:
- All participants are automatically muted for the webinar; you will not be seen – your video is off.
- If you have questions, type them in the Q & A box, NOT the chat box.
- For technical assistance during the webinar, use the chat box or contact: Amy Powell at amy_powell@email.unc.edu
- If you are joining with your cell phone, make sure to also click on “Click Here to Join” on your computer; if you do not do this, you will not be able to receive credit.
STEP FOUR: DO AFTER THE WEBINAR
- Evaluation and Completion Certificate: At the conclusion of the webinar, you will receive a link to the course evaluation.
- When you complete the course evaluation you will automatically be re-directed to the course completion certificate.
- Download it first. Then open from your download folder, type in your name and the date, and save/print.
